AI and I, the talk

This is currently a work in progress

I've created this thing spontaneously, after wanting to do it for almost half a year, for a Ruby Usergroup as they were looking for a talk.

It is, as of now, not a very good, well structured talk. I have some ideas on how to restucture it, but at this point it's more or less just a collection of talking points that may or may not make it into the final talk, whenever I'll get the chance to give it.

Tl;dr

Capitalism is bad and LLMs in their current incarnation and with their current financial structure are a particularly bad example of capitalism.

The talk title...

...is a play on Iaryc's "I and I", meaning a spiritual oneness with god.

It is often used as a phrase in Reggea music and in particular this bit from 1978's music film "Rockers" has been used as a sample over and over again and probably was what I had in mind when thinking about a title.

Let's just say that I think that my oneness with AI can be improved upon.

Aber der Reim is fett, der Reim is fett.
